About Joyful Obedience

I’m a registered nurse with 16 years (and counting) of acute care bedside experience. Over the years I’ve worked across Med/Surg, Emergency, Telemetry, Observation, and Ambulatory units, and cross-trained in both ICU and OB. That variety has given me a front-row seat to just how demanding, exhausting, and sacred this calling can be — no matter which unit you’re on.
